1. How do I choose an item?

For a rough selection, orient yourself using our left category bar; with a click on the name, you will enter the category that interests you. Look for an item of your choice here; by clicking on the image or the name of the item, you will be taken to the respective detailed view. Details in written form are available further down. At the end of the item description, you will find the colors used in the product image.

a. How to get results faster

Above the items are selection boxes that allow you to easily and quickly narrow down your search. Click on the property you want to filter, and you will be directed to a new sorting of the items.

2. Item properties, where to find what?

All information about the item is located in the lower section of the respective item. Almost every item can be chosen in over 100 different colors from the manufacturers Radical Rubber and FourD Supatex (4D); numerous special colors starting from 0.6mm material thickness, as well as textured latex and effect latex, are also available. We also manufacture special requests for you. Our LatexCrazy Shop only shows a small selection of latex clothing that we have produced for our customers.

3. How do I configure my item?

To the right of the product image, you will find the configuration. Click on Configure and the configurator will open. Please ensure that your browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox) is an up-to-date version, accepts cookies, and that you are not using private browsing mode.

Which colors can I choose and what do they look like?

4. How do I add my goods to the shopping cart?

After you have filled out all configuration points, click on the red button labeled "Warenkorb" (Shopping Cart). You must click EVERY FIELD and make your choice; if, for example, you do not want an option, you can acknowledge this in the respective selection. If no configuration is necessary, for example with chlorinated shooting items, click directly on "Warenkorb".

a. I cannot click the shopping cart! Why?

The shopping cart can only be selected once all menu items of the configurator have been chosen. If you do not want an option, please select the appropriate field by clicking on the point. After selecting all fields, the shopping cart button changes from semi-transparent to red and can be clicked. You can recognize whether a configuration point has been selected by the green checkmark that appears after clicking an option.

5. Where can I find the bank details?

You will find our bank details after the purchase, among other places, on your order confirmation.

a. Which payment methods are available?

Bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card, but also cash on pickup. Purchase on invoice is only possible for regular customers within Germany.

b. Are there any disadvantages to paying in installments?

No, we offer installment purchases on a basis of trust, your data will not be passed on for this. Of course, we do not charge any interest; however, express purchase is not possible and discount vouchers will not be applied.

c. Can I order by invoice or cash on delivery?

We offer purchase on invoice to our regular customers within Germany. Cash on delivery is generally only possible upon request.

6. How do I send you the measurements?

You can send us your measurements directly via the "Made-to-measure" table in the shop, or by email to info@latexcrazy.com. Due to the volume of orders, your measurements will only be checked when work begins; a preliminary check is only possible upon explicit request via email. (to made-to-measure info)

7. How do I communicate special requests and how are they calculated?

Special requests can be clarified in advance by email stating the customer number, or after the order stating the order number. Should any discounts or surcharges be calculated, you will receive a new order confirmation in which everything is summarized again.

8. When will my goods arrive?

As a rule, we ship all standard sizes from XS to 8-XL within four to five weeks, except for Heavy Rubber from 1.5mm, textured latex, effect latex, and special colors. Made-to-measure items usually take between six and nine weeks, depending on the workload of the manufactory. Custom-made products require up to 20 weeks delivery time. Our delivery times are subject to the purchase contract. We are also happy to agree on a fixed date for your delivery together. Furthermore, we offer an express service for all items, which can be selected at checkout for an 18% or 35% surcharge. By choosing this option, your order will be produced for you within 30 or 14 working days, for standard sizes as well as made-to-measure items. Please note that we may temporarily revoke this service due to capacity, and for special colors and Heavy Rubber items from 2mm, the express service is only conditionally accepted. Please ask us beforehand. All items in the EXPRESS category, or with the item addition Express, will also be produced for you within 14 working days; these are pre-made items in standard sizes at a discounted price, which can still be customized.

a. My ordered goods do not arrive on time, what now?

In this case, an email via our contact form, or directly to info@latexcrazy.com is sufficient; you will receive an answer within 12 hours, even on weekends and holidays.

b. The new latex clothing doesn't fit!?

Latex clothing is a hygiene product; an exchange is not possible. We generally do not assume liability for custom-made products, unless the measurements were taken by us on site. If this is the case with your order, please contact us via the contact form or email; after consultation, we will also exchange these items for a new production. Our pattern makers check all measurements for their plausibility and gross errors will be noticed by us; in this case, we will contact you by email.

c. How will you contact me?

We contact you exclusively by email, unless you request telephone contact. A shipping notification will also be sent to you by email. We will only contact you by letter or telephone upon explicit request.

9. Will my latex clothing be shipped in neutral packaging?

Our goods are shipped 100% neutrally, even the sender cannot be traced. The standard is DHL, but upon request we also ship with HERMES, UPS, or FedEx. Shipments to Packstations are of course also possible; you can store the corresponding address of your Packstation in your details.
