Buy custom-made latex catsuits and latex clothing

Many of you order custom-made clothing. There are a few things to consider here. When selecting the type of custom fit, please note that we generally recommend "normally reduced". If made to your ACTUAL measurements, the garments will be somewhat wrinkly and not tight-fitting; however, comfort is increased, making it perfect for relaxing on the couch.

Unfortunately, due to our workflows, we can no longer chase after every customer via email or phone for missing measurements. If the measurements have not been received, your order will be pushed back. Please send your measurements via email or via our web form at the very top of the shop. Here are a few other things to keep in mind:

A) Before submitting the data, take a screenshot (Print Screen key) and log into your customer account in the shop beforehand.

B) We need ALL measurements. Missing measurements CANNOT be requested separately; we will adjust them accordingly if plausible, or the order WILL BE PUSHED BACK!

C) Please take the measurements correctly. Of course, we will contact you if measurements seem incorrect, but this will take correspondingly longer. Custom-made items from plus size 2-XL will be calculated retroactively to account for the extra effort; the custom tailoring is included here as well, but the additional material consumption will be charged. So if you wear a 2-XL or larger, you will receive an additional invoice from us.

D) Custom-made items are generally excluded from exchange. If your measurements were taken by a tailor or another latex manufacturer, this is completely irrelevant. Every tailor, every manufacturer takes measurements in a different way. We at Latexcrazy work with several fully trained custom tailors and check everything for plausibility. Furthermore, our professionalism is verified by construction software developed specifically for us. With this software, we will be able to offer digital measurement starting in quarter 3.
Please also note that we only check measurements after the order has been received.

Please understand that due to the volume of orders, we do not actively request missing measurements, unless there is sufficient time for this process. You are responsible for transmitting your measurements correctly after placing your order. You are welcome to additionally do this via email.
